Data centre infrastructure · Sydney
OTK Technologies supplies and installs modular data halls, cages, racks, PDUs, turbo diesel generators and battery energy storage (BESS). We also provision SD-WAN, IPSec and out-of-band networks, and maintain everything we install.
Working with data centre operators, colocation and GPU cloud providers and enterprises.
What we supply & install
We source the equipment, deliver it, install it and commission it, so the space is ready when your hardware arrives. Every item below can be supplied and installed as a package or on its own.
Prefabricated data hall modules delivered, set in place and fitted out, adding capacity faster than a traditional build.
Prefabricated modules · containment · on-site fit-out
Secure single-tenant cages built to your footprint, with partitions, lockable doors and room to grow.
Mesh partitions · lockable doors · access-control ready
Cabinets installed, levelled and bonded, with aisle containment, blanking and cable management.

Standby generator sets sized to your load, delivered, placed and integrated with the switchboard and transfer switching.
Standby rating · ATS integration · fuel systems
Baudouin data centre range
Battery systems that carry the load through outages and generator start-up, and can reduce peak demand from the grid.
Ride-through · peak shaving · energy management
Edge appliances installed and configured to link your data centre space with offices, clouds and other sites over managed paths.
Dual-uplink edge · path policies · QoS
Encrypted tunnels between your racks and your networks, built on a firewall we configure, document and hand over.
IKEv2 · AES-256 · tunnel failover test
A separate management network and console access so equipment can be reached even when the primary path is down.
OOB switch · serial console · 4G fallback option
Equipment sourced from established vendors, with freight, site access, rigging and placement handled for you.
Vendor sourcing · freight · cranage & rigging
Installed by licensed trades and tested under load before handover, with full documentation.
Load bank testing · A/B failover · as-built drawings
Scheduled servicing of the equipment we install, plus fault response and parts replacement.

Generator brands we supply
Baudouin has been building engines in France since 1918. Its M33, M55 and M61 range is designed for data centre standby power, from single sets to multi-megawatt plant. We supply, place and commission them with your switchboard, fuel system and BESS.
| Model | Up to |
|---|---|
| 20M33 | 2,500 kVA |
| 12M55 | 3,125 kVA |
| 16M55 | 4,125 kVA |
| 20M55 | 5,000 kVA |
| 20M61 | 6,250 kVA |
How we work
Every build is planned around a known load, rack count and handover date. We work to that plan from day one and report against it.
We confirm the IT load, rack count, connectivity needs and site constraints with your team.
Scope of worksHall and cage layout, power single-line, generator and BESS sizing, and network topology, reviewed with you before we order.
Design packWe procure the equipment, track lead times and manage delivery, rigging and placement on site.
Delivery scheduleInstall, connect and test: generator load bank, BESS commissioning, A/B feed failover, and tunnel and SD-WAN path tests.
Test & handover reportScheduled servicing and fault response for as long as you need it.
Service reportsWho we work with
We take on a full build or a single item, working alongside your facility provider and your own engineers.

One team for space, power and network. Fewer handoffs between trades, and one set of documents at handover.
Maintenance
Each customer's schedule is set in their service agreement and follows the equipment manufacturers' requirements. This is the baseline we start from.
| Check | What we do | Frequency | Equipment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Generator run test | Start and run the generator, check transfer switching, log alarms, fluid levels and battery charge. | Monthly | Generator |
| Generator load bank test | Run the set under load to confirm it delivers rated output, then service filters and fluids. | Annually | Generator |
| Fuel quality & storage | Sample and test stored diesel, inspect tanks and fuel lines. | 6-monthly | Generator |
| BESS health review | Review battery management alarms, state of health and cell temperatures. | Monthly | BESS |
| BESS inspection | Thermal scan of connections, inspect enclosures, cooling and fire protection. | 6-monthly | BESS |
| PDU load & phase balance | Read per-outlet and per-phase load, flag cabinets nearing their power budget. | Monthly | PDU |
| Tunnel & path health | Review IPSec tunnel stability and SD-WAN path performance, test failover. | Quarterly | Network |
| Network firmware | Apply vendor updates to SD-WAN edges, firewalls and OOB devices in an agreed change window. | Per release | Network |
| Racks, cages & containment | Check containment seals, blanking, door locks and cable management. | Quarterly | White space |
Response times and support hours are defined per agreement.
