OTK Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 83 699 323 898), “OTK”, “we” or “us”, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you enter:

• your name and work email address
• your company name, if you provide it
• project information such as approximate IT load, the services you are interested in and any details you add

If you email us directly, we collect your email address and anything you include in your message.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope of works or quote
• communicate with you about a project you have asked us about
• keep business records and meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox by email
• our email provider, which stores our correspondence

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to enquiries to the people who need it to respond, and we keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@otk.technology and we will respond within a reasonable time.
